Thank you for shopping at LaserCNC Works LLC. Most of our products are digital downloads (DXF files and similar), delivered immediately after payment.

Digital products (DXF files, templates, downloadable files)

Because these are digital, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once the file has been sent or downloaded.

Please read the product description carefully before purchasing.

If the file is corrupted, incomplete, or not the one you purchased, contact us within 3 days of your purchase and we will resend or correct the file.

Duplicate payment or error

If you were charged twice or made a payment by mistake, send us the receipt and we will review the case.

Custom designs

If we offer custom designs, they are non-refundable once the work has started.
